DELIVERY

We ship out products from our wareshouses in Singapore. All shipments are made through reliable couriers like DHL/FedEx/UPS etc. or Singapore Post Services. Our goal is to ship your order within 3 business days of placement. You will be notified via email if there is any delay beyond this time frame. You are always invited to contact us regarding the availability of merchandise or with questions about a product.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

• REQUESTS FOR RETURNS OR EXCHANGES MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 7 BUSINESS DAYS and MUST STILL BE IN BRAND NEW CONDITION IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
• There will be a 10% restocking fee deducted for all returns. This fee does not apply to exchanges.
• Credits made for returns include only the cost of the merchandise and tax when applicable. Shipping and Handling charges will not be refunded.
• Clearance items are non-returnable.
• Please notify us before returning any merchandise at info@aprisin.com.sg.

Online Credit Card (Visa and MasterCard) Payments

We accept Visa and MasterCard. If you choose to pay your purchases by credit card, Aprisin.com.sg will redirect you to the secure WorldPay Payment Gateway. There you can enter all your credit card information to complete the purchase transaction.
WorldPay uses 128 bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) architecture (dependent on browser support), and signed using Thawte digital certificates to encrypt all your credit card data. SSL software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. As a merchant, Aprisin.com.sg does not store or have any access to your credit card information. So you can be rest assured that it is safe to make payment here.

Refunds will be given at the discretion of the Company Management.
