SHIPPING

We provide free delivery service for all purchases above S$200 in a single order.  This free delivery service is applicable only to local Singapore address. 

It is our desire to ship your merchandise within five (5) working days of receiving payment confirmation.  Should you require delivery on an urgent basis, please email us at customercare@aprisin.com.sg or call us at (65) 6336 8311.  We will require your online order number in order to assist you with your request.  Urgent or extraordinary deliveries may incur additional charges.

We regret that we are unable to accede to Cash-on-Delivery requests.

Should our attempt to deliver your paid merchandise on the agreed time and date be unsuccessful due to no fault of Aprisin Singapore, we regret that we will not be able to leave the purchase with a neighbour, at a guardhouse or otherwise. 

At a fee of S$20, an alternative date and time can be agreed and rescheduled for a failed delivery attempt.

Monday to Saturday (10am to 5pm), can be pre-arranged. 

For overseas shipping, kindly email us at customercare@aprisin.com.sg.  We will be able to provide you information you require on the merchandise, such as weight and dimensions, for your appointed courier company to provide you with overseas shipping charges.  Aprisin Singapore shall not be responsible for loss or damage to merchandise upon collection of merchandise by your appointed courier at our business premise.

Aprisin Singapore reserves the right to dispose unclaimed merchandise, as it deems appropriate, three (3) months from date of purchase.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We will not be able to accept any Returns or Exchanges once goods have been delivered and accepted by customers. 

We are only able to accommodate the following exceptions and under the said conditions:

  • Wrong item/s or color delivered, or
  • There exists a manufacturing fault and if Aprisin has been informed via customercare@aprisin.com.sg within three (3) days from date of receipt of merchandise/s, or

Clearance goods are strictly non-returnable or non-exchangeable.

Refunds may only be granted at the sole discretion of Aprisin Singapore.
